達爾文（Charles Darwin ，1809年2月12號—1882年4月19號）係隻英國嗰自然學家。佢嗰成就，就以佢嗰「進化論」最出名。佢提出世界各隻物種都係來自「物競天擇，適者生存」箇隻道理。進化論已經係現代生物學中嗰分類學嗰基礎。
達爾文嗰重要著作係《物種起源》（On the Origin of Species），佢嗰全名係《物競天擇，適者生存嗰物種起源論》（On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life）。
